I recently submitted multiple wellness claims covering multiple years that had fallen through the cracks (my actions) and I was very happy with the entire process. I contacted Gracie for instruction and she sent me the form I needed. Once I completed and returned the form she took it from there. I was very pleasantly surprised at how fast I received my payments. Gracie was very nice and very professional.

Mellisa is a kind person that will lead you to find what you need and to get the right coverage. Charles he boss is also real and also will talk to you and advise you best way he can. Noey is also a kind woman and has nice nails. Gracir is a nice front desk assistant. Camille was also nice in advising me with options.

I wanted to take the to time thank the McCrann Insurance team in Corpus Christi, Texas for their outstanding service. More specifically, Gracie Cisneros. Gracie was handed a very complicated medical insurance claim submission. She oversaw the situation from start to finish with upmost professionalism. She has a very unique gift when explaining a complicated situation. I found Gracie and her team to be very knowledgeable, attentive to detail and follow-up, and always responded to our emails and calls in a timely manner.
