We have had great experience with McCrann Insurance and AFLAC for years. Most recently April helped us figure out how to get our claim to the proper people and she has followed up every step of the way and very cheerfully. It has been a pleasant experience and successful with April’s help. Thank you to an awesome, truly helpful business.

I want to extend a big thank you to Charles and his team at McCrann Insurance Services. I run a small business here in Corpus Christi and was in need of adjusting my small business group insurance for both my company and some employees. After working with several brokers, I found Charles, and he really went above and beyond to help me during a time when I needed assistance. The team took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and gave me peace of mind. There are many who sell insurance, but Charles was genuinely someone who cared about helping me. That’s true customer service. Thank you again, Charles!

Agent was patient n knowledgeable in helping me with a dental/vision plan. Happy with my choice, n peace of mind that I have my much needed health coverage. 🤗❤️ Plus no annoying phone calls from .gov sales people!!!
